Dr. Bechtold is a long time favorite as my eye doctor. Always polite and interested in my health and most conscientious as a professional. Morgan was my technician and very helpful in assisting me in making decisions about my frames and lenses. She was most patient and kind in her service. The cost of my prescription eye glasses was most reasonable. I highly recommend The EyeDoctors Optometrists.

First, I love the doctor that I see there - she really works with me to get the correct rx! HOWEVER, Customer Service is majorly lacking. I've yet to talk to a live person on the phone, nor do they return calls in a timely manor or respond to contact form questions. This is my second go-around with trying to get some simple information. First time, I called 3 days in a row, tried different extensions, left messages. I ended up having to walk into the office and get what they could have emailed me. I told them of my calls - the girl just looked at me. Then the next day, they returned my call as if they had just received it. And now I've learned that the contact RX they gave me is expired. I just need to know how to fix that. I'm 3 days again into leaving messages as well as submitting a contact form from their website. I will probably have to leave work again and go over to the office to ask that simple question.... I must add though, that when you are at the office, customer service is top notch. Just getting in touch with someone on the phone is practically impossible.

We lost our eye doctor we had for years due to retirement last year. Our daughter recommended highly Kyle Bechtold of The Eye Doctors on Wanamaker. I saw him today for the first time & was very impressed. The staff at the counter when I walked in was very courteous & helpful. Dr. Bechtold was thorough & talked me through everything he did during me exam. The person who helped me get the frames & lenses was beyond helpful. It was a very good experience. I was not rushed & the 3 frames I had picked out, she critiqued for me & helped me decide which one to get. I recommend this doctor & practice highly.

Sidni and Jodi did a fantastic job helping me with my insurance coverage and really went the extra mile to help me save as much money as possible. Everyone treats you very well. The service is extremely top notch, people are professional, friendly, and truly care about your eyes. Plus it is a lot more affordable than anywhere else I've been. I came in needing a new pair of sunglasses with a prescription and they couldn't use the prescription that I brought But they did get me in that day to get my eyes checked without a scheduled appointment, so that was really great. The associates that helped me were very good at what they did and made sure I was treated properly. Now I guess as long as the new prescription that they put in my new sunglasses work for my eyes I will say they've done an excellent job
