For a doc appt with a piece of metal in my eye it was actually an enjoyable experience unlike nearly every other medical appt experience in my eleventeen years. Very personable, listened, joked and made sticking a wee drill in my eye actually 'pleasant'. Highly recommend this office, actually already have to those in my circle. See....made my eye all better

Wonderful and friendly staff! This was my first visit and everyone I came in contact with explained things like copays, billing insurance, what tests and screenings they we're going to do and what to expect. Dr. Triggs was so caring and personable and so easy to talk to. She spend time with me and made me feel heard and comfortable. I am so glad I chose Dr. Triggs!

I was a patient of Dr. Cramer's and yesterday was my first visit to Crystal Vision. Dr. Triggs was thorough and friendly an very welcoming. She appears to employ the same staff Dr. Cramer had and they were excellent, as always. A new staff member (Lindsay, I believe) helped me in the selection of new glasses and even cheerfully helped me the following day when I had to change my order due to an error I made. I will recommend Crystal Vision to anyone I know who is in need of an eye doctor.
