Dr. Jeff Hill & Associates, Doctors of Optometry

Had an appointment for my son, got canceled with no notice because the receptionist who took my information enter my phone number wrong and on top of that they couldn't even get us in for another week. Will be looking elsewhere.

I had a 2:15pm appointment with Dr. Hill. I arrived around 2:05pm. Completed new patient paperwork, waited in the lobby until 2:35pm. I was called back by a technician, she completed a few test and placed in an exam room. I had to leave at 3:05 for a 3:30 appointment. When I scheduled the appointment, I asked how long it would take, I was told 30 - 45 minutes. Which was perfect, so I didn't have to take more hours off from work on two separate occasions. No one has called to apologize or offer to reschedule. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. HE'S AN OPTOMETRIST, WHY IS HE RUNNING MORE THAN 50 MINUTES LATE?

I could tell I was just another number to Dr. Hill, I was just a patient bringing in his pay. I had only been told before that all I needed was readers but seeing at night was becoming an issue. This Dr. Told me I had a large cataract which require surgery and referred me to a surgeon and gave me a script for glasses which cost me $350. The surgery center told me that he shouldn't have prescribed me glasses as they would be no good after the surgery. I called and told Dr. Hill this and he made an appointment for me to come in and talk about the glasses he prescribed. When I went in there was noone at the desk for a while and finally a young gal who was obviously annoid that I was there "asked what I needed?". I let her know I had an appointment to talk to the Dr about the last script he gave me. She looked at the computer and said "I see your insurance changed, we don't take that you will have to call someone else", we won't be able to see you". She was so rude. Had she been my employee, I woulda called her mom and I don't care if she drove, I'd fire her and drop her off back home. The front desk people are not very professional anyway. Bad experience. Good riddance.

Dr. Hill is a GREAT optometrist! I have referred both my mom, dad and husband and they all feel the same way. He is extremely thorough, checking every detail to find the reason for your visit. He is also great with routine check-ups. I got in right away and he was professional yet very friendly. So glad I found a great eye doctor in town as I had been going all the way to Overland Park, KS. I hope y'all are as happy with him as I was!

I've been going to Dr. Hill for years now. I've never had him rush me through. He's very thorough and efficient. I'm one of those picky patients and he works really well with me. He's very kind, patient, and understanding about any concerns.

I went in for the first time here for a normal eye exam so I thought. Less then 24 hours after going my left i swelled shut. That was a Saturday their closed Sunday I called back Monday at 9 am to talk to them. They said we are sorry we don't deal with eye swelling you will have to talk to a optamologist and left it there I will never go back.

Dr. Hill was very helpful, patient and understand. I have difficulty with bright light being shined in my eyes. He took his time and got the right prescription for me. Thank you Dr. Hill. His staff are very kind and considerant.
