Doctors are thoughtful and thorough. The staff is friendly and caring. Eye glass repairs were done promptly with no problems. I'll keep buying my glasses and frames here because they care. Superb customer service!

Great service, but there was like a 3 month wait for the appointment. Between the time of scheduling and the time of the appointment, they severed relations with VSP vision insurance. They didn't say a thing when I went in for my appointment, just took the co-pay of $20. Then I got a bill two weeks later for the rest of the office visit. Check with your insurance company before going in for your appointment. Lesson learned.

I have been seeing Dr Susan Rollenhagen for years and I am always confident that I'm getting the best care. She is so thorough that I even have gotten my family to go to her. She is a wonderful provider.

Super friendly staff and made my prescription update a successful and speedy

I brought in my aunts frames today for a repair. She has dementia and she fell today hitting her face and glasses on the table. She is not your customer and you had no obligation to help me. She is quite near-sighted and was very confused when I got to the nursing home this afternoon and she couldn't have her glasses. You were able to fix them, clean them, put new nose pieces on; they looked brand new. I cannot tell you how grateful I am. It may not seem like much or all in a days work but please know you blessed my day and you blessed my aunt although she may not understand what happened. Jesus tells us that whatever you do to the least of these you did for Him. Today you did Jesus's work and I am truly appreciative.

I absolutely love Dr. Mai and her team! From the front desk to the techs to Dr. Mai the experience is top notch. I started coming to this office ten years ago because my husband grew up coming here. Now I bring my two young children. Dr. Mai tailors her care to the needs of each family member. She is not only extremely intelligent and experienced, but also shows great patience and compassion with our kids. I give this office my highest recommendation! You will be so happy you came here!
