This establishment should be the standard for what exceptional care looks like. I brought my dad here for surgery, and from the moment we arrived, we experienced what can only be described as perfect service. Every staff member was positive, encouraging, and confident in a way that immediately put us at ease. They spoke and carried themselves like people who have done this procedure a thousand times and they are still genuinely proud to do it well. That confidence made us feel safe, secure, and in good hands. When our insurance provided ride was over an hour late, the staff handled the situation with calmness and genuine kindness. Even though I could tell the delay disrupted their normal flow, they never showed frustration. Instead, they went out of their way to care for my father by administering his eye drops and checking on him while I dealt with the stress of calling the insurance company. To sum it up, this is exactly the kind of place people mean when they say, "I want to be in good hands."

I recently had need of cataract surgery and was referred to Dr. Genstler's office. The offices, and the rooms were clean, which being a germaphobe, was very impressive. I've never been to a Dr.'s office where every single person on the Dr.'s staff was very friendly, pleasant, and polite! The procedure was explained in detail every step of the way. They made me feel comfortable before, during, and after surgery. The surgery was a success, and I met a great group of women in the process! I'd recommend Dr. Genstler's office to anybody in need of her services. Thank you All!

The entire staff at Gentsler did a great job with my cataract procedure. They explained the procedure, lens options, and recovery process perfectly, and made sure I had everything I needed to make it a simple pain free experience. I choose the light adjustable lenses. The results are well worth the expense (to me, anyway). It's great to see clearly again and be glasses free.

Very friendly staff and always prompt with appointment time, but biggest kudos go to Dr. Jaime Dietz! I was in for routine follow up and mentioned my eyes have been generally uncomfortable - fairly common and minor complaint. She did a thorough exam and found the source of the problem, spent a great deal of time explaining possible causes and a variety of treatment options ranging from simple noninvasive to more aggressive and answered my questions in a way that was easy to understand. She is very personable, thoughtful and well versed in eye conditions and I love her approach. 10/10!

I would definitely recommend. From Scheduling an appointment to checking in/out, staff is friendly and efficient. The office runs on time so any waiting is just a matter of minutes. They always take time to ask if you have questions.

Everything about my first visit to the eye center was positive . The check in staff were very friendly and accommodating, the waiting area was nice and very clean. The technicians gave me a very through step one eye exam before for I saw Dr. Genstler. My eye test results were quick for the Dr to review before she came in and did her own testings. I was referred here by my regular eye doctor for cataract surgery. My test results done at the eye center , showed I had more going on with my eyes then just the need for cataract surgery. Dr.Genstler instead of just focusing on that aspect , she decided to put the surgery on hold and focused on my other issues and I appreciated the care and concern she gave me. I give Dr. Genstler , her staff and the overall experience 5 s !!! I felt comfortable and well taken care of, if I could give more than 5 s, I most definitely would ! Thank you to everyone. I'm very impressed and I definitely recommend !!!

On time. Pre appointment examination and work up was outstanding. Examination by Dr. Hinton was professional and unrushed. All questions were answered. All concerns were addressed.

One hundred percent satisfied with the results of my and my wife's cataract surgeries. The procedures themselves and the follow up appointments were all carried out with professionalism and courtesy.
