Dr. Nichols has been fantastic with dealing with my partial torn retina incident last February. She and her staff are wonderful and very professional. I got in early yesterday and was in and out in no time. They explain everything in great detail and I leave very confident on my prognosis each time I go for a checkup.

This by far is the worst
The doctor's Nish Patal,and Megan Nicoles are not friendly.further more it seems,they just string you along,I've had the same CME since after cataract surgery on October,all I get is take more drops and I have to travel over 200 miles round trip just to hear the same old crap,

I have found Dr. Suiter, as well as his nurse Melissa and techs, to be highly professional, competent, friendly, and personable, yet efficient. I am very confident and comfortable in entrusting the care of my eyesight to Dr. Suiter and his team.
Total appointment time nearly always has been an hour (for an injection in one eye) to an hour and a half (when my other eye decided to develop wet AMD as well). Dr. Suiter has always taken the time to explain the laser eye scans and treatment procedures, answer questions, and discuss treatment options. Under his care, my wet AMD has been improving, slowly perhaps but surely (we have found my body appears to be slow to respond to attempts to lengthen the interval between injections, although the newer Vabysmo has made some slight improvement there--six to seven weeks as opposed to four to five weeks using Eylea).
Front office staff are also efficient, although they may vary somewhat in being friendly and personable (Jennifer is great in that regard).

I had a great experience today as a first time patient with Retina Associates. The receptionist and techs were all courteous and professional. Dr. Singh did a great job explaining future steps and was thorough when reviewing my medical history. The wait was not unreasonable as others have stated. This seems like a great facility for eye care.

The care here for my wife was good. My question is why did we have a 815 appointment only to sit and wait for 45 minutes for her to be seen. I guess the Dr's time is more important? Unacceptable, they should be glad she was the patient not me.

I'm a transport CNA and I've regularly brought my residents here. Each time it is always at least a 2hr ordeal before we get to see the doctor. That's ridiculous. This time the nurse that did my residents dye test didn't put on gloves before injecting him which is extremely unsanitary. Think of all the people she's injected she doesn't know if these people have blood disorders what if she's spreading something around?? Extremely dangerous. This place is the worst time wise. We always have to spend 3-4hrs here because they have horrid time management

Dr Suiter restored the vision in my eye after a bleed. I cannot speak highly enough of his and the staff's care and consideration. The waiting room is comfortable, and all staff members including Dr Suiter were always willing to take the time to explain steps in the process and give me time to ask questions. That willingness probably adds to the wait time, but I'd rather that than a Dr's office that runs on time but gives you exactly the scheduled time and no more. My mother also went to Retina Associates for cataracts and also has nothing but praise for the consideration for her multiple health issues in all appointments and the surgery itself.
