Been coming here for years and seen a couple different doctors and they have all been amazing. The office staff is just as awesome to and have never met anyone I haven't liked. The young lady who helps with the glasses is just the best, shes been there for several years and has always been just the best!!

I received a quick appt with little wait time that day. I was told everything that they were doing and about the equipment. The doctor shared photos so I could see what she was looking at. I was told of a special so I could receive a better price on my glasses and lens.

Glasses were supposed to have progressive lenses when they arrived they had the tacky reading lenses on the bottom of the lenses. I have been waiting 8 weeks for then to be corrected. After multiple attempts to reach someone at the location and no return calls I'm at my wits end.

The place is located in a mall and looks like it is closing? The egg roll was okay but the egg drop soup was.... interesting. It is white (not yellow) and has peas , carrots, and chicken? Not a fan. Would not recommend. The staff was nice though.

I only have a 2 because the tech and the doctor were AMAZING they deserve a 10. Im sad I will not be coming back to see those rock stars! I was so excited when i left talking about the tech & doc. That day i excused the rudeness in the front. I call back 3 1/2 wks later to find out if my contact are in... they were, yet you couldn't tell. When called huge lack of customer service. A Hello when answering the phone. Or maybe dont sound like I disturb your soaps! A friendly face or voice goes along way. I canceled all my family's upcoming appointments. DONT GO HERE You can thank Beth.

So, I had my annual eye exam, took in two pair of Ralph Lauren glasses one in a RL case, and one in a generic case ,I requested a new case since I was paying more then the price of new glasses, just to put new lenses in old frames....not much right, the guy brought out the old case for one pair and the other pair had no case at all. ...when this is resolved I will never go back or recommend their service ever....horrible way to treat a good customer.

Came in tonight for an appointment for my daughter. I made it last year during her last eye visit. I get there 15 mins early to be told I don't have an appointment. She said maybe I didn't confirm my appointment so it was canceled. I show them the text message from 2 hours ago confirming I have an appointment. Well they then told me they don't have a doctor there on Tuesdays! So even though I did in fact confirm my appointment it didn't matter because there is NO doctor on Tuesday!
