Went in today with two separate pairs of glasses, one with a broken arm, and Armintha was able to easily and quickly switch the good arms from the bad glasses to the good pair. Inasked what I owed and she said "Nothing, just give me a good review". Well, I'm giving a great review, because I've had a couple arm issues over the years and these folks always take care of me.

I had progressives made her several years ago & they turned out great. I went back recently for readers & new progressives, again they were spot on. Last time I went through my previous eye doctor, my lenses were made three times & still weren't correct. I reused my existing frames, but they do have a nice selection. The service is excellent!! They gave me information on my prescription, lens coatings, etc., that I never knew before. They will do a great job for you!

Even though I had purchased my glasses at a different Walmart, Carol, the manager, happily adjusted my glasses. (She said they'll adjust glasses from anywhere.) My glasses have a tricky prescription (no-line bifocals with lots of prism), but she was able to adjust them so I could see clearer than ever before with them. Many, many thanks!

She took time to not just assist me with my problem but went above and beyond to put them on my glassed cause they didn't have any kits for me to do it myself.
