I've been coming here for a long time. I love the people and I feel they do a good job at my exam. Only reason for the 4 stars is that they are getting really expensive on the lens and frames. I always get the best of the best when it comes to my lenses and I get the silhouette frame which are top notch but their prices have almost double. I still recommend and if you buy your frames from them your allowed to refuse them when u get a new prescription. That way you don't have to buy a new pair every time.

They were rude and went trying to pick out the glasses. They forgot to do my insurance and now a year later I'm trying to Get the nose piece fixed, and I've had surgery so my daughter is there and they're arguing with her and being nasty

Receptionist on the right side of the counter has the worst attitude, and no concept of good customer service!!! She seems to hate her job, very rude to certain clients!!!

Dr. Lisa Woody is so thorough, is great at follow-up on any eye issues and her staff is friendly and efficient.
Selection of eyewear is extensive (including Silhouettes!) and they are superb with adjustments.

Dr. L. Woody was a good listener and took her time with me. My glasses took more than 6 weeks to arrive and after 2 months, my eyes have yet to adjust to the new Rx. I was told I could schedule another visit, with another charge of course. Honestly, I wouldn't be able to afford another visit this year. It is frustrating not to be able to see well.
