Ladies in the office were very helpful. Whether paying your bill, selecting new frames or setting up your account.
Dr Gambrel is very knowledgeable. 2 years ago she discovered I DIDN'T have glaucoma as another local clinic had determined. She diagnosed my husband with a whole in his macular this year and immediately sent him to see a surgeon. The lady who helps you select frames was very patient with me. She knew what frames made me feel safe, pushed by boundaries and helped me make a decision that will make me feel modern and chic not just push the expensive frames on me.
This is a wonderful office that has a great camaraderie, is efficient and helpful.

I've been coming here to this same building since I was 11 years old. I've bought 3 pairs of glasses in the last few years,that have had one issue or another. Twice the lenses were wrong, and I can't get a replacement. I had a year warranty and they said it wasn't for that issue. I can't wear polycarbonate lenses, and I am supposed to eat that cost, along with not being able to use the frames. They did offer to get me in for my regular eye visit,and they would make sure it was allover my chart, that I can't wear polycarbonate lenses. That was supposed to have been addressed 5 years ago!!But I would still have to pay for the glasses. That doesn't help, when I have had to wear these glasses for 10 years, because of their mistakes. My husband and I have both had issues with their lenses not being right. My husband went back 3 times with his last pair. Hopefully I have saved someone some time and money!
