Family Eyecare

I had a concern about one of my eyes and I called the office explaining my concern and they told me to come right on in and one of the doctors would see me. Dr. Haley came in and checked everything out and spent a good deal of time explaining what was going on which relieved my concerns. Scheduled for a follow up just to make sure everything is OK. I've always had great care over several years of his care, definitely has earned my trust!

It is always a joy to visit the Family Eye Center. They are kind, stay on the schedule, professional yet home like, and are exceptional at what they do. I've seen both eye doctors and they have been extremely knowledgeable and take time to answer questions and explain what is needed in detail.

The service provided was satisfactory, but the insurance claim has been a nightmare. It is approaching one year since my wife's visit, and we STILL haven't gotten them to submit the insurance claim properly, so we keep getting billed for a service that our insurance covers. It's not that complicated, and we've told them over and over how to submit the paperwork, yet they still can't get it right. Won't be going back here.

Instead of a quick pace visit, my doctor is very methodical and takes her time. It's not an In-N-Out quick visit. She takes her time and explains things.

I am aways treated just like family and as always felt welcome. They get you in and out in a timely matter. They always have time to chat with too.

Dr. Haley and staff are great. Always personable and willing to take the time needed to get it right. And they are willing to make things right in the rare occasions they aren't. Anna the optician is great to work with! So glad we have this gem here.

They are very efficient and Anna is amazing to work with as well! She has taken great care of me!!
