Since I was a first time patient I observed a very busy office with staff that were very cordial to patients walking in. I was greeted by very nice young lady and told to have a seat someone would be with me shortly. The wait was short and appointment on time. It was a lengthy appointment because of my needing to have further treatment as in surgery. I was very impressed they scheduled surgery times for both eyes, did all the paperwork in advance and all I have to do is show up after following instructions before surgery. They were very thorough and I left there feeling really good about my visit. Dr Giltner was awesome. I never felt rushed and he answered all my questions.

a HUGE thank you to the absolute ANGEL you have on your staff team for fixing my glasses. i came in with no hope, broken glasses, poorly attempted to be glued back together. then out came Edrie, one of the greatest eyewear craftswomen i have ever encountered. i give a massive thank you to her as she deserves. My wife had her eyes checked and ordered her glasses. When the time to pick them up we called and they said there was a mistake and they said they forgot to send them in . Then they said it was lost in the mail. After a month or so , they called and that the glasses were in. So we in to pick them up. They were the wrong frames and lenses they lied and said that's what we ordered it was not.totally disrespectful and dishonest they would not own their mistake and basically called us the lyres. Never will we ever step into this so called eye care company again. I encourage anyone looking for eye care stay away they are not there for the customer.

The atmosphere is comfortable, and the employees are always kind and very professional, no matter how busy they may be.
My eyes are not typical. However, my doctor explains things to me and helps me understand what exactly is going on. He is knownledgeable and professional but he is also warm and concerned. Something that you don't find in a lot of doctor
