We absolutely love this office, both for eye care and for glasses. All of the office staff are absolutely amazing. So helpful and kind. Great with children, even small ones who struggle a little to be still and quiet during eye tests. They are patient with kids who are picking out glasses, and try very hard to make sure everyone is happy with their appearance in the glasses before they leave. Plus they work very fast and are so sweet.

The Dr's and staff are amazing! They are extremely friendly, and knowledgeable. I have a very complicated prescription and wear both contacts and glasses. (Not at the same time.) Their selection of eyeglass frames is superb. They have everything from Versace on the high end to the inexpensive (but still very high quality) SuperFlex. The practice is very busy, a testament to the excellent quality of service and care you receive, but you are never rushed. I definitely recommend that you give them a try. They accept EyeMed (what I have) and Medicaid vision insurance as well as self pay. (They probably accept more, but these two are the ones I am aware of.) The facilities are clean and modern, with plenty of close parking and a drop off lane for patients that have trouble walking. Their blend of modern techniques & technology plus strong Christian faith & values worked together to provide the best optometric, and opthamological experience and service that I have ever had. I definitely recommend that you give them a try.

Used to be a good vision center. Took my kids in with their annual prescription to get new glasses and the lady told me they changed their policy. You now have to get an exam at that specific location in order to buy glasses. All the while being as rude as she could be... I mean what business doesn't want to sell their products??? Only in Corbin, KY would you encounter such attitude and the dumbest policy ever made.

This was a disappointing experience. We arrived early, but our appointment still started later than scheduled. When we were finally called in, the staff were rude and rushed us. We were sitting in the lobby debating whether or not to turn in the papers until a staff member brought us to a room, took our papers and handed them to the receptionist, who was also very rude. The whole visit felt pushy, unprofessional, and disorganized. Our address was also printed wrong on the receipt even after they snagged our papers. Wouldn't recommend.

The office manager is horrible. She always has attitude and doesn't need to even be a practice manage. If I could rate this place a 0 stars I would just because of the manager Dr. Lankhart is ditzy and dilated my eyes BEFORE a focus test. I cannot stress how rude and unprofessional they are there. They should be shut down because they have no business dealing with people's vision

So tell me why I called and they say the rest of my families glasses are in. (We all had appointments at the same time) so you would assume they put in all of our glasses orders in at the same times, no they did not (stupid right?) so now I have to wait till after thanksgiving to get my glasses (which they're usually closed for a good while during the thanksgiving holiday) , when they promised we would ALL have them before thanksgiving. If you all don't know how to do paperwork, then you all are not in the right job.

I have seen Dr. Kayla Lankheit twice, she is not only very knowledgeable in her field, she is also the absolute nicest and friendly eye doctor I've ever seen. Everyone that works in the office is very nice and helpful. The office is always clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Kayla to anyone!
