I got here at 8:14am for a walk in dental visit. At 1 hour I asked how much longer..she wasn't sure. I sat down. At 2 hours I asked for an estimate...let me ask my manager. At 3 hours she said I can schedule you for 3:30. I said give me a refund and was told it will take 2 to 3 days. As I was checking in at 8:14 she says to a coworker, "Christy has Covid and she's coming in." I should have left then. Horrible. Find other dental clinics if you can.
I have a sinus infection. Got an appointment same day. Check in was easy, front desk, Chrissy was courteous and efficient. My wait time was less than 10 min from the time I checked in until I was called back. Jasmine asked me a ton of questions and took my vitals. Alex NP was caring and through and I felt my time was valuable and I was heard. My treatment plan was well explained and Alex asked if I had any further questions. Very efficient team. After I left, I went to the pharmacy and they had my scripts in que- but got them ready (30 min) and I was on my way home. Thank you.
I read the reviews before I went and still decided to try it. I did a walk-in and waited 3 hours, which I didn't mind because I was in excruciating pain and just grateful to be seen the same day. They took an X-ray and sent a referral for removal and that was it. They told me there was "no point" in checking for infection because the tooth needs to be pulled anyway. So now I'm still in severe pain and will have to go to the ER.
Been there twice to get my teeth fixed they won't fix my teeth. They won't even clean them, but they wanna build my insurance. They told me I needed a referral To go see an oral surgeon, but they hasn't referral me to anybody and it's a Waste of time! They're not patient they're disrespectful and I'm tired of how they treat people Including me! I get insurance I get passport Melina and I can't find a dentist that will help me! I've never had trouble with my teeth, but since I've moved down here, I've got three broken wisdom teeth and one Tooth broke in the back in front of my wisdom tooth on the right! Nobody will help me and it's very frustrating! They shouldn't be allowed to build your insurance if all they're gonna do is do an x-ray on you and that's it! They need to start doing their jobs right because it's getting very frustrating and my teeth hurt bad and I have told them this! But nothing will be done! I also went to Georgetown family dental and they approved me to go to dentaquest to get what I need done! Health point was supposed to send me a referral over to a Oral Sergeant, but never would and I went there twice! I wouldn't go to health point You're just wasting your time!
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Stay far far away from here save up your money and pay out-of-pocket because that's what I'm going to have to do after my experience here I've never in my life have been so belittled and treated so poorly by people who are supposed to be in the healthy care PROFESSION system. Thank God, my mom was there to speak up for me because I couldn't defend myself with a bunch of crap in my mouth. I don't know if the dentists were having a bad day or what, but they were being extremely rude and aggressive during cavity fill, and extremely unprofessional never in my life. Have I ever experienced anything like this I left very upset and in tears. If you do go here, bring somebody with you. You can't trust these people.
This dental office accepts Medicaid, which limits options for patients, but I strongly advise looking elsewhere. They canceled my second appointment this month last-minute due to the doctor's absence. My first visit felt rushed, and I've had persistent tooth pain since, which wasn't an issue before. The dentist dismissed my request for a root canal, suggesting extraction instead, and seemed uninterested in my concerns. Staff were unprofessional, openly gossiping about patients at the front desk during check-in. The lobby also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Dental care is expensive, but this place isn't worth the stress or discomfort. I'd give zero stars if possible
They don't deserve any stars is the worst place ever idk how they're open. They mess ppl teeth up all the time it's unacceptable something or someone needs to step in and fix this problem. Their ratings are horrific no higher ups care about this place because if they did reviews wouldn't be this way. Health point has no values or morals when it comes to others it's sad. This is suppose to be a place where ppl feel comfortable coming why put an establishment like this in our communities if they're not going to provide premier care. Everyone needs to run from this place and never look back...
Don't go here, don't take your kids here, hurt my tooth 4 times , been calling the manager Mary for 9 months, weekly now and spoke to her maybe 5 times, she don't respond back or do nothing to fix the problem and I have all the paperwork to stat it's a fact, it took Newport to fix my tooth after 10 months of pain and run arounds, does anybody know who I can talk too over Mary Hartman ? She needs to be disciplined honestly... and I got all the proof
