Awesome experience, except for a moment with the mentioned receptionist. I won't go into detail but I kept my cool. I think she just doesn't have a filter for her mouth...other than her brief momentary comment she was very helpful. They accept a variety of insurances and I'm happy we finally found a place that accepts ours! I recommend checking them out.

Receptionist always has an attitude. No matter what time of the day you come into the office. There is never accountability on her part for her actions, always blames things on someone else. I scheduled an appointment two months in advance for my child and she failed to do her basic job and call and let me know that the Dr. was out sick. I realize things happen but to not let people know is unacceptable. I have been with this office for years and her behavior has only gotten worse. The doctors and other staff are wonderful, she just leaves a sour taste in your mouth.

My experience was pleasant with the exception of the receptionist. She is very unfriendly. While I was waiting a Hispanic couple came in and the woman asked the receptionist if the glasses for her children were ready. Her English was rather poor and the receptionist replied rather rudely " I don't speak Spanish!" My jaw hit the floor. Thank heavens for the other employee as she apologized and took care of the couple. It amazes me that this receptionist has been there for years. She has always been rude. I would recommend this place if you don't mind the rude and disrespectful receptionist.

Love this place. The front desk lady can put you off at first, but its as if she is treating you like a long time friend! The staff is great and they listen. The office is spotless front and back. The glasses you receive, are great quality. wouldnt go no where else.

I've gone here since I was a child. Ever since the original doctor stepped down this place has gone from great to bad to awful. I was recently told that I wouldn't be able to come in for my appointment because their doctor (who I pay to see me) had to change around their schedule after I had arrived for my appointment. I had to take off of work to get my eyes checked. For children they're okay, I've never had a problem getting my sister in. However, as someone who works 60+ hours a week, they're not the best option. Edit: Original Review from 2017. I edited the grammar.

Sharon at the front desk is my all time favorite! When I call and she answers I smile because I remember her character and humor and she to me represents comfort and trust! I know that she will do whatever she can to take care of myself and the needs of my four kids!!

First impressions are important. Most of us would like to be greeted kindly and feel welcome and comfortable. I want to support businesses with employees who are helpful and knowledgeable. I don't want to deal with a person who always blames a fellow employee and doesn't own anything themselves. The person or persons in the frontline need to care! They need to truly enjoy their job and show it.

Don't let the gruff broad behind the desk fool you... These guys are awesome!!! Came by to see if they could fix my friend's glasses, which had been bent to hell by someone stepping on them at the pool. Not only did they bend themback into place for free, but they also put on some fresh nose pads and cleaned them! A++++
