Dr. Rivard's dedication and loyalty to his patients is rare in today's healthcare landscape. In his career, he hasn't missed more than three days of work. This man has a passion for eyes that is hardly seen, especially from younger healthcare providers. The office staff is always friendly. I especially appreciate Lisa, who has been with the business for so many years. I've never encountered a member in the office who is less than welcoming and respectful. I see better than 20/20 due to Eye Associates of Danville. My vision wasn't always perfect. Whoever is fortunate to encounter the legacy of this business will learn it is more than an enterprise. Eye Associates of Danville is cherished gift to our beloved community. It's worth the wait to me to see a real medical doctor opposed to a doctor of optometry.

Been patient for years, happy with service until now. Had yearly exam, which my insurance paid most of and I paid part not covered. Now I am being charged for doctor to write a prescription for new glasses, I think this is excessive, to charge for exam then charge extra to write a prescription

They sell Maui Jim sunglasses with prescription lenses, according to the Maui Jim site. I've tried two days in a row to order a pair. Either they don't go by the hours on their site, or they leave early every day. Very frustrating. I will find a different dealer.

I have a wicked country accent, I've called twice to verify my appt. (Since I'd rather not waste my time or gas, if their machine is still down) they've answered, heard my voice and hung up. Called three more times, got no answer at all. So I'm driving to Danville hoping the machine is working and that I get a better reception to my face than I have on the phone lol

I received superb and convenient treatment from Drs Rivard and Bass and the kind staff here. I have been a patient at this office for 30 years.

I'm not the most comfortable person when someone is touching my eyes but the whole staff made everything feel a little less stressful and they did good work so I would 10/10 recommend anyone to go here for emergency's or as a family eye doctor
