Danville Ky Walmart vision lady falsely stated Walmart didn't take our insurance and didn't help us in vision center. Just looked at card and said no, don't take it. Went to neighboring Walmart and insurance WAS accepted! Walmart does accept it! Walmart danville ky is horrible anymore with anything!

My husband took my 5 yo son here to get him a new pair of glasses at our own expense because the place our insurance would pay for had a limited amount of kids frames especially that would fit his small face. He didn't like the frames that fit him so we took him to danville Walmart to find him some he would hopefully like better. He picked a pair out & he just got them but they are huge on his face & they won't even adjust tight enough to fit him. My husband just told me the lady that took care of him the other day never even tried them on to see if they were appropriate for his face! They should take them back & fit him with a pair that fit or refund our money!
