This is a great place for your yearly eye exam with a great provider and staff. Samantha was the best and helped me pick out my glasses and ensured I had a good experience. Some prescriptions are even ready within a hour on the same day!

Unprofessional and very rude. I called this location to get an update on an order for someone. The lady answering the phone stated the order was not in and should be, and I quote, "in a day or so". The next day that person went to this location and stated they had a friend call up here the day prior and the lady on the phone said the order would be in in a day or so. The employee told the customer "I remember that phone call and I did not say that and you need to go tell your friend maybe they need to work on better communicating details". The customer was then recommended not to call the store ever again and to call customer support from corporate to get updates.
