All of the staff that I encountered and interacted with was very professional, friendly, and patient giving great customer service. Sharon was the associate that worked with me on choosing my frames and placing my order. I can't thank her enough for all of her help. She made the process go very smoothly, taking her time to details and giving me the time I needed to make my decisions. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Megan Jane was excellent to work with! She was so patient and kind with helping my son navigating picking out his glasses and teaching him how to put in and take out contacts for the first time! She was so thorough in answering all questions and was just so amazing to work with! Very thankful for the great experience!

Came in today for myself and had the pleasure of working with MJ. I picked out the cutest pair of glasses with her help and I'm so excited to pick them up when they're ready! MJ was extremely accommodating in finding different color options for frames I liked and made the process a breeze. Will definitely always choose Lenscrafters because of her service!

Absolutely fantastic experience at LensCrafters! The entire team was professional, efficient, and welcoming. The manager in particular went above and beyond--truly outstanding service. I left with great glasses and an even better impression. Highly recommend!

I called and got an appointment same day on a Saturday first thing! So nice! 2nd I walked in and was greeted with a "How can I help your day attitude!" Wow! Got the special exam and they even faxed the results to my Doctor's office for me. Saved me from having to do it. Then I walked over to the show room and got continued great customer service from Chrissy. She was a miracle worker. I had brought my favorite frames with no lenses and got them set up for new script lens (1 pair of glasses). Then the miracle happened. The old pair I had been wearing she saw I was pushing up all the time. She made a few quick adjustments and wow a new pair of glasses (2 pairs of glasses). Came back in a week to pick up my new one's and brought my back up pair to get the miracle adjustments done and BAM! Once again like new! (3rd pair of glasses) Because I did not use my frames allotment of my insurance I thought why not use it on a pair of RayBan script sunglasses. I did! (4th pair of glasses). All for just slightly over $300.00. Sharon and Chrissy gave me hands down the best experience of a life time with the time and effort to the multi pair discounts at Lenscrafters in Florence, Ky! I could not have had a better experience. Job well done! I will come back and tell anyone looking for glasses to go there every time. Thank you for Chrissy and Sharon.

Incredibly friendly staff. The entire experience from the eye exam, to picking out frames and lenses, was top notch and super easy. There were so many styles and great brands to choose from that I ended up buying 2 different frames. The best part is that my glasses were ready in less than the 5 to 7 day estimate. Highly recommend getting all of your eye care with the wonderful staff at the Florence Ky LensCrafters!
