I absolutely love this place. everyone is amazing from making your appointment to picking up your glasses. they also strive to make sure you are completely happy with whatever you choose. my whole family goes here and we love them. If you're in the market for a new eye dr i would definitely give these guys a call. they also do diabetic eye exams which was a huge bonus for myself personally

My almost 4-year old is a paitent at Cincinnati Children's opthamology. Due to insurance reasons, we needed to switch to a eye doctor through out vision insurance. I was worried it would be difficult finding a provider that would be as good with kids as Children's but man - Haley and Dr. Sam KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK today. So thankful to feel comfortable with my children's vision care, but also be saving literally over $1,000. Highly recommend.

I've been a customer for nearly 10 years, but over the past year something has changed. Last summer I had a stye and left a voicemail that was never returned. More recently, I ran out of contacts and left two voicemails ahead of an upcoming appointment, but again never heard back. I ultimately made an appointment with a new eye doctor and called to cancel, explaining why. Unfortunately, there was no concern or attempt to retain me as a long-time patient. I understand that businesses evolve, but communication and responsiveness matter. Sharing this for anyone who values timely follow-up from their provider.

The reception area is cozy and I usually don't wait terribly long to be seen. The staff is friendly and I highly recommend seeing Dr. Mercado because she is so nice and warm! My only minor complaint is that sometimes there seems to be issues with finding the insurance I'm under depending on who I'm speaking with, however it usually ends up getting resolved. Otherwise, I'm satisfied with the care I receive here!

Went for my husband and he was extremely pleased with everything and Brandee was wonderful she went above and beyond for him. I decided to go and also was.so happy and have my new glasses. All staff were so helpful, fun, and experienced. The Dr actually listened to me and was able to help unlike I've been helped before. We plan to stay with them permanently.

Today was my first visit to Vision One. I am pleasantly thrilled with the service they provided. From checking in to checking out couldn't have went smoother. The office staff are all so pleasant. Dr.Blanke was great. I found her to be very thorough in answering my questions. I appreciate that a lot. Didn't feel rushed at all.

I don't ever leave reviews, but this place deserves more than 5 stars. My daughter is deaf and the girl who greeted us at the desk immediately started using sign language, which made my little girl so happy. Everyone was so sweet to us and the eye doctor was very patient! Thank you ladies, I'll never go anywhere else for vision care.

I came to pick up my glasses from here this is the second time they messed up on my glasses. I have been coming here for so long and I'm so disappointed. I came to pick up my glasses and the lenses were wrong so I had them reorder them and I would come another day to pick it up. So I came to pick them up another day and they only sent the lenses without the frame. Like this is ridiculous! I was supposed to get the glasses and the frame and I even spent extra money to get them reordered!!!! They had to reorder my glasses again and asked if I can come the next day. I have work!!! So now I have to wait another week just to be able to see and it's a waste of time and gas! Very disappointed with this place. Hopefully for the 3rd time it will be perfect. And I will update my review if it's perfect.
