Very friendly staff and thorough eye exam. Dr. Wilkins always goes out of his way to take the time to talk with you and explain everything about the exam process, along with talking about football and family stuff. You really feel like you're visiting with friends when you go there. His staff is excellent and I can't thank them enough for getting me an appointment to fit my schedule. I would never go anywhere else. Highly recommend, five stars all the way!

I've been going to Wilkins Eye Care for about 13 years now, and every single visit has been a positive experience. From the moment I walk in, I'm treated with the utmost respect and care. The exams are always quick, thorough, and straight to the point, making it easy to fit into my busy schedule. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, and they always make sure I feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the process. The doctor is top-notch--knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to answer any questions I have. What I love most about Wilkins Eye Care is the personal touch. As a small business, it truly has a small-town feel, where you're not just a patient number--you're a valued part of the community. It's clear that they genuinely care about their patients and take the time to provide exceptional service every time. I've recommended them to family and friends, and everyone has had a fantastic experience. If I could give them 10 out of 5 stars, I absolutely would. Dr. Wilkins is excellent and his staff if very helpful! Much more personalized and personable care than if you went to a vision center in a Walmart or some stand alone store. Could not recommend them more! When you need your yearly eye exam, give them a call! I promise he won't disappoint.

I've been to Dr Wilkins twice...I couldn't ASK, or EXPECT to be treated any NICER or with any more RESPECT than I was treated there.....Dr Wilkins, AND his staff were (and in my opinion) ARE very professional and caring people .... looking forward to seeing them again when I go to pick up my new glasses

We started seeing Dr. Wilkins approximately 5 years ago. He and his staff are nothing short of fantastic, and they have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure our experiences in their office are second to none. I can't say enough about how good he is with my kids, how welcome his staff has made my family feel, and the overall "family environment" his office exudes. If you are looking for a new Optometrist, or just wanting to try someone different for comparison, I recommend making an appointment with Dr. Wilkins. I promise you will not be disappointed.

When someone works as quickly as this guy does you can assume they're really exceptional at what they do or they're totally incompetent. I'm inclined to go with the latter in this instance. Inhospitable environment with unfriendly (and seemingly unnecessary) staff. Despite being the only person there my whirlwind of an exam was over in literally 5 minutes (minus the time wasted on waiting for my eyes to dilate so he could spend all of 5 seconds "examining" them). I don't trust the prescription this guy gave me as a total of (at most) 3 minutes were spent with the refractor. I'll seek a second opinion from a professional O.D. I resent having my time wasted but at least Ol' Speedy didn't waste much of it.

I have seen Dr. Wilkins for about 5 years. I will continue to see him even though his office has moved. His staff is friendly, and he is patient and attentive. I needed new glasses last month. Dr. Wilkins' office faxed my prescription over to Lencrafters within minutes and I was able to order without fuss.
