Title: An Absolutely Excellent Experience!
From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of extraordinary. The level of service, attention to detail, and overall quality exceeded all of my expectations. I believe I had dealt with every employee on the several times I had to return to the facility due to my vision benefits approval issues, and with every return I was dealt with so professionally and diligently to try and solve the issues. At the end I was overwhelmed with gratefulness and especially to Kim the benefits manager

We had appts at 4:45 and 5 pm. When we arrived we were greeted right away and checked in. We arrived at 4:40. We waited an hour before we did our pre testing. Then went back out to the waiting room to see the doctor. It would have been great to know they were running an hour behind as I had come straight from work and by the time we got out of there my wife and I were extremely hungry. I'm not sure I understand why we have to make appointments if we are going to have to wait. There were some people there that were walk ins they should not have been seen prior to our scheduled appointment.

My last pair of glasses broke which I desperately need to do any daily tasks. I'm moving from Maine to Kentucky and had no idea who to call. I checked on the VSP site which directed me here. I was able to get in in about an hour. Not only did I get my glasses exam I was able to get the contact lens exam so I was able to see clearly when the appt was done. Everyone was amazing! Very friendly, professional, thorough, helpful, and patient. (Narrowing frames down is always difficult I want all of them depending on mood or outfit lol) I'm not sure what area I'll wind up living in but I can guarantee that I'll make as long a trip as necessary to return here yearly!

Super friendly staff! Every step was explained before it happened. I am taking my son this weekend for his exam and glasses it's 45 minutes away but well worth the drive. My car battery was dead when I left and the manager came outside and gave me a jump 10/10 will def recommend
