1 star "Doc pushed bifocals--I said no. He over-corrected my distance Rx anyway. Close-up stuff like labels or phone? Impossible to read. Headaches every day. Took 'em off--vision went completely blind, total blur plus real pain. No fix, no apology--just threatened to sue me for this review. Stay away."

I have been going to this office for 15 years. Dr. Heffron and his staff have always been so kind and informative. I actually look forward to going every year. Highly recommend them!

Was trying to get to my first appointment the day after major storms came through my area and a pole was over my path so I had to turn around and go the long way to the office. I notice I would be about 15 mins late and called to let them know. They would only extend my appointment 10 mins and since it was considered a cancellation they wouldn't reschedule me. I never got to meet the other staff but that lady was rude and i guess decided they had enough patients and didn't need any more new ones. I have so really serious issues i needed addressed and now i have to find somewhere else to go. I waited a month for that appointment already.

I have been a patient of Dr Heffron's since before he came to Glasgow -- when he still had an office in Tompkinsville. I scheduled my yearly exam, then received a call a couple weeks later telling me they would no longer see me because I had cancelled 2 times IN THE 15+ YEARS I've been a patient. TWO times in a decade and a half. A little dramatic if you ask me

Dr. Heffron is wonderful and has the best bedside manner. His wife on the other hand completely lacking any personality or grace. Unfortunately, she is the forward face of the practice with scheduling appointments and greeting you. I called to schedule an appointment for my family of 4. She told me she couldn't schedule my appt b/c I had canceled or rescheduled 2 times, in the 10 years we have been going there. I told her thanks that I would just find my family another Dr.

Very friendly great People! Greeted immediately by a wonderful informative staff, This was by far the Best Eye exam I have ever had. I had a challenge and Dr Heffron offered a great plan. I highly suggest them for any of your family they really care.

I would not go anywhere else. Doctor is patient and truly wants the best for his patients. And the staff are top notch very helpful. Truly the best eye doctor around.
