The Dr. Kee was very good. However the glasses are horrible. Staff didn't listen when I specifically told them how I had to have them. I should know I have worn glasses for over 50 years. When told them they weren't right was told try them again tomorrow.

I was well pleased with my visit today, I'm glad I made an appointment with Dr Kee's and the staff was very nice. If you need glasses I would highly recommend Dr Kee's office.

Prices for glasses were way to high. My Medicare paid for my eye exam and I was hoping to get regular glasses with transitional lenses for 300 dollars or under. The lady said that transitional lenses were just 80 some bucks. She kept quoting me deals where I still had to pay out of pocket. I can get glasses at Walmart for 70 some dollars for the cheapest pair so the cheapest basic pair of glasses they have appear to be still over 200 dollars. No way!! It was an odd experience all around anyways.

The lady everyone is talking about has retired. Very nice new office manner, clean office and Dr Kees son Garrett runs the office now. Excellent service and atmosphere.

The lady at the front desk the skinny ine with glasses is very rude and hateful to anyone who comes in there. My husband went in there to see if something could be done about the scratch on this lenses and she was very rude telling him there was no way of doing this and that it would cost him such and such amount to replace the lense not once but 3 times as rudely as possible then he asked about nose pieces to be replaced and she spoke loud and rude and said it's this amount well my husband said he didn't care what the price for that was and to just put them on there. Then she mentioned something to him about safety glasses and he told her they weren't any good as the arms rotted off less than a year of getting them and she snarled her nose and said well I don't believe that and said that can never happen. The lady at the front desk doesn't need her job at all I mean if you hate your job that much you probably shouldn't be working there. We are switching eye doctors and going somewhere else where we will be treated with respect and not being talked down to rudely

Dr. Kee is a very good Eye Dr. and is very well mannered with his patients. I would love to keep him as an Eye Dr., but sadly I can't. The lady that runs his front desk is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I went in for my appointment yesterday after being told repeatedly on the phone my appointment was at 1pm. When I showed up at 1pm.. she says it was at 3pm and that I could come back in 2 hours. I take chemotherapy so I didn't feel very well and had told her this to a hateful look given to me when I did. I told her id go back home and come back at 3pm. I live in Grayson so it was no bother to me to go back home and rest until 3pm for my appointment time. I told her this - that I live in town and that it'd be no problem to come back at 3pm. She asked if I was only there for an eye exam and I said no id like to get new glasses as well.. she looked at me like I was an idiot telling me id have to pay for those yesterday. I told her oh I didn't know that. She printed off my insurance papers showing that it'd only pay for glasses once every few years. I did not know this due to the fact that my insurance always paid for my glasses every year. Well, I got the message the first time she said it.. she didn't need to point aggressively at the papers and tell me so many times. My husband had dropped me off there for my appointment and I was waiting near the front desk - NO where near that close to this woman. She starts yelling at me to move and motioning me over towards the door away from her. She yells to stop hovering over her because she's claustrophobic. I'm claustrophobic too, but I was not close enough to this woman for her to yell at me so hatefully. There was another woman who was just in the same place as me and she never said 2 words to her. She asked me to sit down and I told her I was waiting on my husband that he'd be there in a minute to pick me up as he'd just dropped me off. I told her that I was very sick due to chemo and that I was going to go home and wait on my appointment. She then says to me "Well, you can wait here ..it's only 2 hours!". I told her again that I was very sick due to my chemo and that I felt more comfortable to wait at home. She then asked me hatefully "Are you coming back!". I got so tired of this woman I walked out. There is NO way in this world I am coming back to that place. I looked over her the first time I was there .. she had been hateful to the people that were walking in for their appointments and very hateful to children while I was there. This time I'm done. I'm NEVER going back to Dr. Kee's office again. I'm sorry Dr. Kee's, but you need to do something about this woman. There are a lot of people in the world who will work a job with kind manners and great hospitality. I know people get in bad moods from time to time, but it seems like I'm not the only one who feels this way judging by the reviews they've left on Dr.Kee's facebook page. If I find the problem has been fixed id come back, but not while she's there. It's sad to see how you can treat someone like that.. not saying I'm special or anything. I do have cancer and do take chemo which makes me feel AWFUL.. id hate to see how she treats others with different diseases & illnesses.

Dr. Kees is an amazing eye doctor, however the desk lady is the complete opposite. They called to tell me my appointment was 2 and even had it on my card. I went in at 1:45 and she told me my appointment was at 1. And told me I'd have to reschedule.

This is the best place to get glasses and fast service and very nice people that work with you
