I have been a patient here for a few years now. Yesterday they text me to let me know Im past due for my annual eye exam. I said okay I need to get in asap. To which they respond oh we just had a cancellation for 1pm tomorrow. I agreed to the appointment, took of work and went. When I arrive they say they have no record of an appointment for me I get out my phone show the interaction to the woman and she tells me they can work me in around 330! Are you kidding me? So unprofessional! I will go elsewhere.

My daughter had her first eye exam yesterday and she was very nervous. The staff made her feel so comfortable and explained everything as they went. She had the best experience. Everyone is very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend Family Vision Health Center!!!

I hadn't had my eyes check since I was a teen and it was my sons first eye exam. They took their time and were very thorough but quick. The doctor talked with me and explained everything and answered my questions. but the thing I loved the the most about them is they were great with my son. They told him and I both several times how good he did. He was nervous before his appointment but as soon as we walked back they made us both feel very comfortable

Dr. Fannin and his team are all very good at what they do. I am confident when I leave there that I have received the best care that they could provide. The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the pricing. I have been to other eye doctors in the area and his is consistently the higher-priced option. All other factor considered, this is still my first choice.
