First time here. I'll have to say I was met with very good service. The staff here listens well. They're light-hearted. They did a great job on the exam and I paid extra for the fancy machine that takes pictures of the back of your eye versus old time dilation and it's worth every penny! I left with purchasing a solid pair of frames, (nothing fancy) lenses with all the extras, (transitional) and counting the exam for under $400. Walmart cannot give you this kind of service. Please realize though I'm an older gentleman and if you remember the movie "My Cousin Vinny" I'm like that old gal that has gone through several levels of thickness over the years. If you have children and up to young adults I'm sure you can be taken care of for half the price I paid. I'm really impressed with the service. Great job guys!

I have always used the Owensboro location, so I was very pleased to find out they had one in Henderson. This group has always done a great job of ensuring your glasses fit well, and that the prescription is correct. They always have an excellent selection of frames, and they are very reasonably priced. They do a good job of getting you in, and getting you out. They will call you when your glasses are ready so you don't have to worry about that. And I found that usually they come in ahead of schedule. All in all it's a great place to get your eyes checked, and get those glasses updated.

The woman working the front counter was very smart mouthed and rude. Was told that i had to pay a fee i wasnt told about or i had to reschedule the appointment. We had just drove 35 minutes to get to this appointment. And when i told her i didnt know she said "theres a form here that says they told you, so...." And rolled her eyes at me. Was very rude and we will NOT be coming back. If i could give negative stars i would. Hire better staff.

I absolutely love the people at this office! The staff and doctors are very professional, they explain everything to you, they answer all of your questions. They are extremely helpful, they know what they're doing. You never have to sit and wait and they're waiting room for more than a few minutes when it is your appointment time they get you back and taken care of! I recommend Family Eye Care to everyone! Don't waste your time going anyplace else!

I met Dr. Stringer yesterday for an eye exam and am very happy with my decision. She was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very professional. My vision has been getting worse recently and she provided me with the info of what changed and how to take care of my extremely dry eyes.
