I just moved into the area from out of state and of course within just a couple of weeks I broke my glasses and my spares are nowhere to be found. Bad planning on my part but a blessing in that I have found a person who knows true customer service. I called Bastin Optical and explained my situation. He said to come on in and we'd see what we can do. Upon arrival I was greeted immediately, most pleasantly, and upon presenting my broken glasses Joey immediately went to effect repairs. He fixed my loose lens and replaced both bridge pads even though I was only missing one. When I asked how much I owed him, he immediately responded "no charge." I discussed the recent prescription I received before leaving my former state and it turns out that the prices for new frames and lenses are quite reasonable. And he does have the larger frame I require as I'm a fairly good-sized individual. Had a great visit and believe I have found a provider for my Optical needs.

When I came into town Joey was very friendly. He said he could fix my glasses for a few dollars and he did! Other places I had been to said oh you need new frames. He fixed them in minutes and was so kind. My glasses felt like brand new. When I needed new glasses I came straight to Joey, he is a good honest man and you dont see that in a lot of places. His prices are great and the service is too!! These are the best glasses I've ever had and I owe it all to Joey!! He is the best!!

July 2, 2021 Hi Joey. Thank you very much for finding new frames for my old lenses. One arm had completely broken off my 30-year-old frames, so I wasn't sure if finding a newer frame was even possible.
