Bastin Optometric Clinic

I initially went to Visionworks to get medically necessary contacts. They did not follow the guidelines from my insurance to get them. After several weeks of waiting, I was nearly out of my lenses and was told that I would have to pay over $700 for my contacts. I contacted Bastin optical and they worked with my insurance company, VSP, to get changed over to their office. I had my years worth of contacts, 100% covered, in a matter of days. They were very helpful to me! I was able to get in immediately and was treated with kindness. Everyone there was super helpful and I definitely recommend them!

My husband, myself, our grown children, grandchildren all see Dr. Bastin and son and have for years. We love them!

Walked in and instead of trying to help find glasses that we liked, they asked us about insurance twice. We were paying out of pocket regardless of insurance but once they found out we had Medicaid, they hardly gave us the time of day. Basically pointed their noses to the sky. Worst experience and barely any help.

From the time I walked into the door with my daughter, to the exam room, all the way to picking out her new "pink glasses" everyone was so very friendly and welcoming. We are a military family and had a not so good time at the eye doc on post so we took the time to find one we thought we would be comfortable with. Even during a pandemic it was so easy to breath with the care you received by the staff and doctors at this office! I will 10/10 recommend to anybody! And so very glad we made the switch to Dr. Bastin office.

The worst pair of glasses I have ever had.the ear prices will not stay. The lens will not stay in place. Can't see good on left side of glasses.just over priced cheap junk.go to LensCrafters for a great glasses at good price.

Our family has been using Dr.Bastins office for several years. The receptionist and staff are always very polite and helpful, however today our technician Tammy was absolutely horrible. She did not greet us, and said as few words as possible followed by eye rolls and dirty looks. Her attitude all together was very unfriendly and she very much did not want to be there. The office as a whole is decent but if you are a family with children I would definitely recommend someone other than Tammy to do your exam. After the treatment we received today our family will not be returning.

From stat to finish this place was amazing. The staff is super friendly. The selection is the best in town. The doctor was very thorough and made sure I understood everything. I felt so comfortable and confident when I left there. I instantly recommended them to my coworkers.

AMAZING staff all the way around! From the secretary to the Dr's and everyone in between treats with the upmost respect always! They will always work with you meet your needs and go above and beyond to help treat an eye emergency you have! Dr. Bob, Dr. Cory , Ophthalmologist tech Amber and everyone single person I have dealt with goes the extra mile to help In any and every situation. They have never once made me feel like just another patient they rush in and out.... They take their time to answer any questions or concerns you may have. They are all simply amazing. I would not ever trust another office with me and my families eye care. I wish it was possible to give more than I 5 star rating because they truly deserve it! Thank you all for the hard work and dedication you put to each patient!
