The place is amazing their new office space, and the way that they set up their testing and the way that they go out of their way to get u what u would be more comfortable with ! Bifocals I could not handle the lines I would walk with my knees literally coming up to my chest as I high stepped it to my apartment there were many times I would just fall and be embarrassed and I spoke with my Drs wife and told her about my condition and she went out of her way to write the order to where she was able to accommodate me with what I needed to see it's important to me and I could not afford the extra 160 they wanted me to pay to get no lines and being clinically disabled it's hard to not be allowed to work and yet fight with an attorney to file my disability ! Very nice staff very clean very time management efficient and caring ! Just because I was blessed to have been tested and seen by Dr Bs, wife is amazing enough but for her and the office to be so humbled and caring as well as very helpful I won't ever go to another eye or vision Dr! As long as the good Lord above sees fit for ur office to stay in business a few more decades ! U all the whole office has had such a great impact on any and everyone that they have met, helped, or supplied with great quality affordable and efficient vision wear to help those that cannot see be able to see the beauty of the world and their family and loved ones there's not enough stars on here so I'll say 25 plus stars and making me a return appt as we speak ! Ty to the whole staff and Eye Drs !

I have seen Dr. Bob Bastin since I was a very small child and I now see his son . I have nothing but great things to say about this office. The staff is absolutely incredible. They truly genuinely care for their patients. They remember you , they acknowledge you, and most importantly they will take the extra steps for you and on your behalf. This year I got to see Dr. Cory Bastin ( Dr. Bobs son ) , and he was just so amazing. He was very kind , he was incredibly thorough and explained every single thing to me without me having to question anything. He even went as far as calling my superiors on behalf. My girl Miss Tammy , ( the Tammy that helps you pick out your glasses in the back). I just love her to death. She is so precious. She is just so willing to help in anyway, she has Such a great personality , and will absolutely tell you the truth ! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Everyone is so polite and always smiling!! They truly go above and beyond for their patients,and they listen to what your concerns are..

I always leave the office feeling refreshed! Heather is so funny and just brightens my day! The staff are on top of their jobs and makes sure all of your questions are answered!

From the time we walk in til the time we walk out. The services are ALWAYS wonderful EVERYONE is always friendly. I like the new office more space is great.

The front desk staff is not friendly and they take forever. Waited an hour for the doctor just to be seen. No appointment should take 2.5 hours.

They do not care about the patients told me it would take a week it's been a month and I still don't have my glasses every time I talk with them the days change
