My family has been seeing him for many years. Not anymore, apparently walk ins now take priority since Alma retired (or maybe it's always been that way). I arrived about 5 mins before my appointment but a guy who was waiting before me was taken 1st instead. He was a walk in. We always get our glasses in TN since there's no tax on glasses so it makes sense to cut out the middle man. Shame on you, you knew what was happening and didn't say a thing, you just retreated to your office to hide.
