I have worn glasses for many years. The ones I got here ARE THE BEST I have ever had. Perfection from the start. They helped me with contacts-I need 1 eye for close and 1 for distance. All staff members were kind and helpful. I highly recommend!!

Annual Eye Exam Message Since realizing in my mid 30s I needed glasses I have enjoyed the eye care from Central Kentucky Optometriic Assosciates until today. In the past I have spent over $500 dollars on Versace frames, even more on prescription sunglasses and other frames, and $100s on contact lenses. Today, I opted not to order new frames from the location and was accused of not supporting the business and spoken to in a very chastising manner that was not appreciated, warranted, nor professional. They can expect a complete absence of any support from my eye care needs in the future. Kudos to the front office staff. They are helpful and genuinely pleasant.

Doctor Cecconi has been my eye doctor for over 10 years. I've always felt welcomed here, comfortable voicing my concern to the Dr. I've also left with very cool glasses, and beautiful colored contacts! This is the best eye care center in all of central KY!!

I'm a new expecting mom and of course my eye sight has never been the greatest. I can't see far away and now I have to squint for things up close. I go in for an appointment and when my insurance wasn't excepted there, the front desk lady smiled and basically chuckled asking "well do you have medicare" and no one's eyes stayed away from looking at my belly. The eye drops have also never affected my eyes bad but today they aggravated my eyes and when my exam was complete she told me what type of glasses she'd recommend me. I had been looking forward to getting new glasses since I work with a computer all day and my vision is terrible. As soon as I go to look at frames they tell me that they thought I'd only be paying for the appointment today and did not know how much half of the price would be for frames- basically assuming I couldn't afford it. They sent me home without looking at glasses. So not only were my eyes blurry on the way home but I also still do not have glasses. Not to mention when I handed them my insurance card they threw it away and never handed it back to me. I of course did not notice my card was missing till I got home. To say the least they are not the eye doctor company I remember going to my whole life.

Dr. Patricia Cecconi has been wonderful to see for years! She is straightforward and extremely professional. She always guides me in the right direction. Aside from Dr. Cecconi, the rest of the staff is extremely helpful and kind.

Very displeased witb the service that my son and I received today. While waiting for my pupils to dilate I could hear dr. Cicconi rudely tell my son that what he needed to do was act his age. Well excuse me ma'am he has sensory issues along with being on the spectrum! He has issues witb his eyes period always has. I was shocked at the sound of frustration in her voice with me before that and with him period. This is def not the dr that i remember seeing when he was younger. I WILL NOT return to her office next year I will drive all the way to Louisville if i have to

This place has it days they are super sweet then sour. Like sour patch kids. They have this one employee she us hateful as all get out. No customer service at all poor attitude...
