Eye exam was very good. Product was a 0. Not happy with my glasses at all. Frames and lens do not line up cause a ridge in the front so every time i get caught in the rain ( and i work outside) i have a puddle of water in ridge. Just spoke to them and they just said thats how the frames are made. Even after expressing my unhappiness, i still left unhappy. I will NEVER use this place again

The staff at this Clarkson Eyecare are truly nice and helpful. Allison is so good at helping to pick out the perfect eyewear for me. Jacqueline is very knowledgeable and explains your eye exam well. Crystal greeted me at checkin and is the sweetest! The other girls working there were also so friendly and nice!

The eye exam was great. The girl at the window said they offered payment plans, but when I checked out the manager wanted it all up front. I've had always paid half down and the balance when I picked up my glasses. They were also offering 50% off, but because I brought my own frames, there was no discount. Thought that stunk as well. They didn't have a pair of frames in the whole place I liked. Was glad I took my own. But if you have the money, the exam was wonderful

Went in for a check up and because I was having issues with my eyes. The woman doctor (I'm so sorry I forgot her name) was very thorough and very nice. I only had to wait 10 min before I was brought back to be seen. The doctor even found out my last eye glass prescription was completely wrong, I was so thankful. They were also having a boy one get on half off sale. Which was great cause there was another awesome lady there to help me pick out the best looking frames for my face (and the most comfortable too) along with a very nice pair of sun glasses as well. The prices weren't bad either. They said my glasses would take about a week to come in, so we shall see! Regardless, a great place to go!
