I have NEVER EVER had a problem at RAK. I think I have seen every doctor at RAK and have never been nervous about seeing a different doctor. They are extremely nice, answer any questions you might have and put you at ease. I get an eye injection each time I go and the injections DO NOT hurt! Everyone from the front desk to the nurses, to the ones who take eye pictures to the doctors are ALL extremely nice and put you at ease. They are 5 stars!

My Dr Belinda Shirley is the best Dr that you have in common all your Offices. She gives the best shots In my Right Eye. I am 70 years old Retired Nurse. And when she gives me An injection, I don't feel anything. That's How good she is at giving shots. Her staff Works together to help her patients feel Comfortable well taken care of., They numb My eye very good. which helps my DR do Her job better., They work great as team . I HAVE THANK GOD -SON JESUS CHRIST. For being able to have the Dr Belinda Shirkley She is amazing Dr. She deserves a Raise huge one if she has not had one lately. You need more Dr's like her. She dedicated to her job that she loves helping people see better. What Blessings from GOD. Thank you, ALL FOR WHAT YOU DO FOR ME ALL ALL THE PEOPLE WHO COME FOE HELP. Office was packed with people, but the staff was extremely efficient and polite. Waiting time was minimal, but technicians were gracious and helpful. Dr . Shirkey took her time and made me feel confident and comfortable with her level of expertise! Overall a great experience! JohnT

I was very pleased with Dr Shirkey and her staff, and I have no complaint. If needed I would be happy to be her patient again, and I would recommend her to anyone needing her services. Going forward I wish her and her staff success, and the best of everything. Thanks, Bill.

My wait was not long like it has been before.....the young lady that called me back to ask questions and dilate my eyes was very professional and kind....but Dr Shirley was in and out so fast look at my eyes...said everything looked good ...I did want to ask a question about my eyes.... But wasn't able to ask her anything before she left the examining room!!

We will never return here! The staff was friendly and amazing!! However Belinda Shirkey was a different story! Very rude and disrespectful. Her assistant even apologized for her behavior! Last I checked you make your money from patients. You received your last $500 dollars from me.

The entire staff was very polite to everyone around me and including myself. Dr. Shirkey also very friendly and explained my treatment to me.
