Appointment took over 1.5 hours. You seem overbooked. I also scheduled my second eye surgery. Both times, I had my eyes dilated prior to the meeting with the scheduler. I was asked to sign numerous documents that I could not read. I told the scheduler - she didn't seem to care. It was obviously very perfunctory. Files said that I had my right eye surgery already done, but it was my left. Seems like a major mistake. Doctors are great. They are patient and answer questions well.
