I arrived for surgery at Baptist Health very nervous due to a past experience at a different hospital. Dr. Blake came in and put his hand on my shoulder and assured me things would be fine... and it was! I was so happy and relieved to get my eye condition taken care of.. I am scheduled for the same surgery on the other eye in less than a week. I am not worried I feel confident in Dr Blake Isernhagan and all the wonderful nurses and anesthesiologist for ALL the comfort they gave me.. I appreciate everything.. I didn't have a single bad experience with Retina Associates in Lexington. May God bless each one.. RBush

Dr.Rica and I got off on wrong foot from first visit . I gave him a low rating . I must say since then he has been very patient and kind with me . What I expected and what I thought would happened didn't ... that to which I should have been more openly verbally about what to expect .
There for I take bad my first review and say Iam sorry for shooting from the hip with the post. .
Thank you to Dr Rica for putting up with me and my needle phobia . These shots literally make nervous and nauseating so bad I have to a nerve pill just get my injection
