I have been to several eye doctors during my life time and have never had an exam as thorough as what I get at Simpson Optical in Tates Creek Center. The staff out front are very friendly and helpful when I selected new glasses and when I simply stopped in for a quick adjustment. Dr. Frank is the absolute best...very thorough in her exam of my eyes and answers every question I have. I love coming in there and highly recommend Simpson Optical in Tates Creek Center.

Simpson Optical at Tate's Creek has a very pleasant and knowledgeable staff to help with all your vision needs. The doctors are very thorough with your exam to make sure you will see to the best of your ability. And the ladies out front help make picking out your frames very easy. I no longer dread going to the eye doctor. I recommend Simpson Optical to anyone looking to purchase their next pair of glasses or contacts. You won't be disappointed !

Dr. Danielle Frank and the folks at Simpson Optical are terrific. Prior to finding Simpson Optical and Dr. Frank, I had tried two other providers in Lexington, but was disappointed in their services. Since I have blood sugar issues she provides other tests to check for other disease progression, in addition to the regular examination procedures. My husband and I are very pleased with the attention we receive at the office. With help from Laura , we have both had new glasses, my husband also has contacts. We know we are in great hands and appreciate the friendly, professional and caring atmosphere. We highly recommend Simpson Optical and Dr. Danielle Frank for our eye and optical needs.

I have been going to Simpson Optical for a number of years now. I have an eye problem from childhood and Dr. Frank checks this very thoroughly each visit to make sure it's not worse. Laura does a great job helping me select the perfect glasses. The front office is professional and always lets me know of an upcoming office visit. They all do a great job.

I have been with Dr. Danielle Frank and Simpson Optical for years. All of the "cheap" optometrists are exactly that, cheap. My insurance covers eye exams at some of those cheap places, but I would rather go to Simpson Optical for just a little more money. I am addressed by name, seen almost immediately with an appointment, and the service is stellar!

What a great place to trust your most valuable asset, your eyes! I usually go to the other Simpson Optical on Miejer Way, but last Saturday I had an emergency, and my regular Dr. was filled up, so they set up an appointment at the Tates Creek location. Felt just like home! Welcoming, helpful staff up front, and thorough technicians. I can't say enough about Dr. Zent. Fixed my problem, then checked out another issue I brought up, THEN he did an extra check on another thing that he saw. Better yet, it all came out good! Love this place, as much as I love the other location. You can't go wrong with any of the Simpson Optical people. They are the best!

Dr. Frank and her staff are very professional and knowledgeable. I have an annual eye exam and the folks are very efficient regarding the exam procedure and explaining the results. They also have an excellent assortment of glasses and supplies. Worth checking out.

Simpson Optical is very thorough and made me feel comfortable! From the front desk to the eye drops! I would recommend them to anyone, and the best part is I walked away being able to see more clear :)
