We Love Dr. Carpenter. We would not want to ever go anywhere else. She is thorough, and so personable!!!! She makes you feel as if you are family coming home for Thanksgiving dinner where you see her. The Office staff is super friendly as well. If all of our doctors had her personality, we would not want to go anywhere else ever and we would be much healthier that we are, because we would make sure to go to a yearly check up always!!! We can not recommend her enough!!!

Ever since Dr. Carpenter and Dr. Lane has left his location. Staff is very rude and disrespectful. Call today and see if I can get in for a medical appointment and the lady who answered the phone was very rude and disrespectful and had an attitude with me. Had to call a different optometry clinic and see a different doctor that I've never seen before in order to be treated due to the disrespect. Poor customer service. Poor patient care, and staff does not care about their job or their patients.
