Had an appointment after this procedure. Been calling for a week and was told over and over I had no appointment for followup. Very RUDE staff at this location. Will NEVER go back. Then calls me back and said they had NOT looked in the chart to see the schedule appointment. That I had to come!!!! Wrong answer. However I do like the doctor

I checked in a couple minutes early for my appointment to do 2 pieces of paperwork. The staff was efficient and polite. The office was welcoming. The whole process was over in a half hour. They will keep my future business.

Don't go here unless you are 100% certain that this doctor is within your vision insurance network. Asked when I scheduled the apt. if this Dr. was in network, they said yes. Arrived the day of & they tried to charge me more than double my copay, thought it was odd but I had my insurance documents with me & told them I would only paid my copay amount listed in my benefits. Found out this week when I went to order contacts that this Dr. is NOT in my network at all and they just charged the difference in cost to my lenses allotment for my insurance, leaving me with only enough for a few boxes of contacts for the year.

Yall need to get yalls time on closing fixed asap !

Your temperature will be taken upon being let into the building, and asked if you have have had any symptoms recently, before admitting you. The staff and Dr. Gregory who work at this location are excellent, and as always. You get accustomed to being treated well when visiting this or one of EyeMax's other locations! Many good doctors and staff, but small enough to still remember names! :) **Both EyeMax and the Vision Center will be implementing this policy as of December 22, 2020, and on through the rest of the end of the year for everyone's safety, I was told, today, in the office.**

Called Friday in Monday with a new patient appt. Called others first and was given March appt dates. Quality is spot on too, no complaints.

The employees and doctor at EyeMax were very professional and efficient. I learned how important it is to your overall health, to get regular eye exams. It has been over 10 years since I've been to see an eye doctor and I learned that I have high blood pressure and cataracts. If I had gone sooner, the cataracts would not have progressed as fast because I would have used the doctor's advice a lot sooner. Thank you!!

This place is running what must be an insurance scam!!! They dialated my 3yr olds eyes for 10 minutes before doing the exam never did any test that would require the eyes to be dialated and the dr. Had ZERO patience to be dealing with a child who just had her eyes stung by the drops they so needlessly put in. I will be following up with my insurance company to make sure no one over pays for services not rendered also corporate will be notified and I'll find out who else i can report to.
