This is the third time my wife has come to pickup her eyeglasses ($500) only find out the eye glass order was screwed up by the staff. We live 40 from the store. So that's 40 mile drive to and another 40 mile back to only need to do it again after the next time the glasses come in. The workers, in my opinion, don't pay attention to the details and the staff come and go like a cheap gas station. I've had a similar experience in the past but thought they may have e improved, they haven't. After we finally get my wife's glasses correct we will be former customers.

The ones in the office were very nice. Would definitely go back for my eye exam and to get my glasses and contacts. They were very honest with me when it came to picking out my frames and what looks good on and pricing too. They are the best. Sonya and Trevor thank you again. The OD that I saw he was very nice and when it came to my eye exam he would explain in detail what he was doing and if I did want to try contacts or just look at some frames for glasses.
So all in all I was very satisfied with my visit and I will be telling others family and friends to come see you guys!

Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I love that the other entry way was open for me to walk in for my appointment instead of walking through the glasses showroom. Trevor is AMAZING!!! He made my entire visit worth it! I usually have so much anxiety with choosing new frames because I'm so indecisive and never sure about what frame shape compliments my face shape but Trevor was literally my saving grace! I can tell so much of a difference in this location since I was last there about 2 years ago. The whole store looks amazing and everyone was so nice and welcoming. I am actually excited to go back and get my glasses and see Trevor.
