I bring my husband there to see Dr. Hollins about every 5 to6 weeks and the staff and Dr. Hollins have been so wonderful been wonderful ,super nice and courteous. Until this past Monday9/23/24
We were on the 5th this time and the lady that called my husband into the room where they take the images of his eye was not friendly, or courteous, matter of fact she was rude, and impatient with my husband who was have a difficult time holding his eye still, which is the side he had his stroke on, and instead of asking him if he was having a hard time, she looks at me and says does he always have a hard time holding still in a very irritated way. She was so unfriendly.
Like I stated before this has never happened before. People have bad days but treat people with some respect, he is in a wheelchair, he's not the chair he's human.
