The staff here is wonderful. Shout out to Karla. She is a true treasure, a wealth of information, compassionate and caring. Today I saw Dr. B. Evans, as Dr. Karpecki was at a different office. He did a quick glance at my eyes. I will be back with Dr. K on my next visit and I can't recommend him enough!

Had a first visit last week. Won't be back. Service desk complaining about fellow coworkers and more interested in chatting than taking care of customers. Inefficient service. Was there for about 2 hours. Lady who did my eye exam was snarky. It wasn't great from start to end. Dr.Evans did a good job. Had to call today regarding a prescription that wasn't working for me and was told doctors don't talk to patients... that's the kind of customer care here. This place was recommended to me, maybe I went to wrong location?

Have been a customer of the Versailles location for sometime... Highly recommend that location! This location I gave up on before I could even get an appointment. I was on hold for 15 minutes at a time trying to get through to make an appointment. When i did finally get through and told them the date that versailles had told me i was eligible for an appointment ... then she wanted to push me close to christmas which i had already told her didn't work for me. Needless to say much too difficult to work with ...even the versailles location told me that there are long wait times when you show for an appointment. I would avoid this office! Off to Vision works :-)
