Terrible experience! Looked like one doctor took care of 3 rooms and annoying alarm sounds going on and on more than a hour. No one fixed the alarm sounds. Ridiculous! Had to wait about 2 hours to see a doc. They should NOT take many patients at the same time or 15 minutes intervals.

I've had an immense amount of trouble with my insurance company in finding somewhere to get my son's eye exam AND glasses. Today I called the Kentucky Eye Institute on Perimeter Drive in Lexington and finally got good results. Sheila (in Billing) and Kimberly (in Scheduling) were amazing. Sheila went above and beyond to help me with all my questions. Both Sheila and Kimberly were extremely nice, helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Patients are massively overbooked, if you have an appointment at 10am,go to Fayette mall for a couple of hours first,you won't miss a thing. Staff at the counter are nice people, they're just placed in a bad situation.
