For many years, this location was one of the best in the U.S., and I confidently recommended it to many people. Unfortunately, what it has become is embarrassing. After this experience, I will not be returning. Most of the doctors have left, the strong manager who kept things organized is gone, and the decline in service is obvious. The atmosphere now feels unprofessional and disorganized, with little to no care for clients. Today I came in to order contact lenses. The process should have been simple: my insurance covers a specific amount, and I only needed to pay a small difference for an additional box. Instead, I was told I would owe nearly $300 after insurance, with no clear explanation or transparency in the calculation. The staff member at the front desk was dismissive and unhelpful. She insisted I purchase separate boxes for each eye, even though my prescription is identical for both. My insurance renews every six months, so buying almost a two-year supply makes no sense. Rather than listening and finding a reasonable solution, she appeared confused about the process and unwilling to accommodate a very straightforward request. Standing there trying to explain basic ordering logic to someone who is supposed to guide customers was frustrating and frankly unacceptable. The lack of professionalism and customer care was obvious. It's extremely disappointing to see how far this place has fallen. Unless major changes happen, I will be taking my business elsewhere -- and I can no longer recommend this location to anyone.

I had such a great experience at LensCrafters! I honestly was about to leave without purchasing a pair of glasses, but Sonia completely turned that around. She went above and beyond when I complimented her glasses, she actually let me try on her own pair since the store didn't have that exact color in stock. That made all the difference, and I ended up finding a pair I absolutely love. Sonia was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuine throughout the entire process. You can tell she really cares about her customers and wants them to feel confident in their choice. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience, and Sonia truly made it memorable!

Phenomenal, every time I've used LensCrafters my experience has been wonderful. They always get you taken care of fast, nothing like other places where you have to wait multiple hours. I highly recommend this location, you will not be disappointed

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Daniel Kenner at LensCrafters. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making the appointment feel rushed. Dr. Kenner was patient, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable asking questions. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and their eye health. The exam was efficient yet very detailed, and I left feeling confident in my prescription and overall care. If you're looking for an eye doctor who is professional, attentive, and truly excellent at what he does, I highly recommend Dr. Kenner.

This the was best shopping experience I've ever had buying glasses! No pressure and Marcie truly listened to my needs. Her opinion is valuable and her conscientious assistance deeply appreciated. She took time to review my insurance and any discounts I was entitled to! Who does that? Marcie! I am greatly impressed she used my time wisely! I highly recommend her!

They have a great selection of glasses, but some of the costumer service is TRASH. I picked up my glasses yesterday and the WRONG PRESCRIPTION was in my frames. The store manager that helped me BEVERLY came out so nonchalant like it wasn't her mistake that she didn't enter in my new prescription. I had to pay more money out of my pocket for the wrong service that a store manager did. She had them run a 2021 prescription, why would that even go through?? Yes I am calling corporate because this was her mistake and they should had handle this situation way better then this by making me pay out of my pocket. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LENSCRAFTERS.

Hanna was awesome. She helped me pick out my frames that looked the best on me. She got me in under my budget! Very pleasant experience!

Sam was wonderful! She spent a lot of time helping me choose frames and was very knowledgeable about lenses and what shades came with particular frames. She was so helpful and encouraging that I ended up buying two pair of glasses!
