Ordered my son's glasses (Meta) with the frames I bought at Costco bc they were out of stock, they installed the prescription glasses, took almost 3 weeks to get them back, after 2 days, the frame broke on the left side. Went back to the store to ask for a replacement or fix, and it's been almost 3 months with nothing more than "we are waiting for the lab to send a new pair back". It's been 3 months since I paid for the glasses, now my son does not have the new prescription on his glasses, nor the money to get a new pair somewhere else, nor his meta glasses from Costco. Nobody to complain, definitely will think twice before taking my family back to this place

Dr. Fields and all the staff are wonderful. They all listened to my concerns. I have not had much success with getting the best vision care from other providers. They were able to figure out what was going on and now I have clear vision. My lenses were made exactly the way that I needed and were adjusted perfectly.
