I had such a wonderful experience at Simpson Optical! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles at the front door. The doctors were absolutely fantastic--professional, attentive, and thorough.
Before I saw the doctor, a young man helped me, and I have to say--he has the sweetest smile! He made me feel completely at ease and added a special touch to an already great visit.
When it came time to choose my glasses, the ladies assisting me were clearly busy, but still went out of their way to be incredibly helpful and kind. I cannot stress enough how nice and accommodating everyone was! The level of care and attention I received made the entire visit smooth and enjoyable.
Highly recommend Simpson Optical (Tates Creek location) for anyone looking for top-notch eye care and outstanding customer service!

The eye Dr was WONDERFUL!-NO complaints there. They put back the glasses I had picked out while I was with the dr, so I had to redo all that. The girl doing the eyeglasses seemed inexperienced, not much help, & did not explain the 3 different pricing tiers well & I was already irritated over having to repick my frames. Prices are higher then other places. Ended up getting my RX for glasses & going elsewhere.

Dr Chang was great. BUT, their computer system was in the fritz both times I went to order glasses. Optical staff doesn't know the difference between a discount required by insurance contracts and an insurance payment for services. When I asked how much insurance was covering, the answer was, "insurance doesn't pay us. They tell us how much to charge you." And then they just moved amounts from "adjustment" column to "expected ins" column. I'll have to wait for EOB from insurance to get the truth.
Tech measured wrong and new lenses I ordered did not fit.
