Ended up having 2 work up techs. Both were rude. Lied to us about the doctor. Appointment took a long time due to a mix up with the doctor. Dr was very kind and apologetic. Staff needs a lot of work. Tech named Casey (blond hair boy) was so rude and condescending. He needs to be relieved of his duties.
I've seen Dr. Stone for many years,. He never compromises on care. He takes his time, he's approachable and explains things to the necessary degree. I trust him, and his professional opinion. It always brings me such peace of mind, regardless if he has to perform a surgical procedure or just a consultation and check up.
Dr. Stone listens, he sees you quickly and his assistants are great as well. They got me in last minute because I was having issues, the assistants took my info, tested my vision & pressure, another lovely assistant took photos of my eyes & then I saw the doctor. It was so quick I had to wait for the dilation to wear off some before I could head home! BTW they are moving their location to the quartermaster company next to Bennett and Bloom and will reopen May 5.
Dr stone is amazing. Staff needs ALOT of work
Great experience. Well organized office. Would recommend to anyone. Dr Stone is compassionate, knowledgeable, and explains things in great detail. I trust him.
I go there because I think Dr. Stone is great. He explains everything and answers all questions. The receptionist may be new because she was having a very difficult time. I had to wait quite a while to sign in because she couldn't find a patient's insurance. Someone on staff came to help her which took them away from their job. Upon leaving, I was given my next appointment by someone else after waiting for the receptionist who was again stuck on signing people in. I know at least one other person was waiting to get their next appointment.
I have been treated for Retinopathy and Diabetic Macular Edema, since 2013 at Retina Associates by Dr.Thomas Stone, MD. I have seen great improvement over the years, after trying various treatments. Dr. Thomas Stone is genuinely a very carrying, kind and nice doctor. He shows a lot of compassion and if one medication is not working to his expectation, he looks for a better alternative medication. I appreciate his care over the 13 years. At least I'm still seeing. Considering all of my other health issues that affects my vision condition. I appreciate you Dr. Stone!
Retin Associates is the only place I truly feel safe caring for my eyes. Dr. Stone and the rest of the doctors and other staff are straightforward and practical - I never feel like they're not giving me the whole story. Plus, they're knowledgeable about the latest in retinal science. 5-star all the way around.
