This isn't a review on the office itself but the fact that the staff here have no idea where to send people. We were late to the eye doctor appointment because the guy at the parking garage had us get in a shuttle to the main hospital when we just needed to go across the parking garage to the Shriners building. So we had to walk across the main road after waiting on the shuttle just to be told by the security guard we were in the wrong place. So we had to call the office just to get the directions which happened to be on the fourth and fifth floor of the building. Security guard was very unfriendly and unhelpful. Not a good first impression on UK health services at this point.
