There should be negative star selections. Obnoxious rude customer service. Ordered a pair of Nike prescription glasses after a week came in timing was fine. When I went to pick them up the receptionist pulled the glasses and case opened the box and the right lens was not in the frames but loose in the glasses case. she supposedly fixed them but after leaving and wearing them they kept popping I took them off and realised how hard it was to open and close the left ear piece. Upon further examination I noticed paint chips and dings and the right lens that was not in the frame appears that they bent and stripped the screw that holds the lens inside the frame I only noticed this when I compared the left to the right side and saw the noticeable huge size difference and color of the fastening screw the originals were tiny and black but the right side was a large silver screw. Also the lenses were not cut correctly to fit the frame and kept trying to pop themselves out. Not only did they not let me know about the situation but they tried covering it up. They some how bent the frames chipped the paint and stripped the screws replaced them and made sure not to make me aware. Extremely unsatisfied! I expect to receive what I paid for not ruined glasses.

Tried to drop off my wife's new glasses to be repaired to the Nicholasville road location. The left lens at the top corner is cracked where the frame tightens around the lens. It's very evident that the lens was not the correct size for the frames by the way the crack has formed. It is certainly a manufacturers defect as the glasses have not been dropped, scratched or otherwise abused in the handful of times she's worn them. She typically wears contacts and the cracked lens was not noticed until recently and the crack seems to get bigger with temperature fluctuations. The manager claims they won't replace the lens because a warranty was not purchased. The glasses were picked up on September 9th (92 days ago). I only mention that because I was told they have a 100 day satisfaction guarantee, but it sure doesn't seem to be honored in this particular case.

I accidentally mentioned the wrong doctors in my survey, but I mean every word about the love and being comfortable. Christina Carpenter and I cut up. (it's really me). Staff is great. Store is nice and clean and the service is . Thank you and sorry about the physicians mix up

They did an amazing job! I was so impressed with how quickly my tech found exactly what I had been looking for right to me. Id been looking through frames for 15 minutes at least, and she asked me a couple questions, and came back a moment later with exactly what i was looking for. The store was busy, but business seemed to be moving at an adequate rate to keep up with clientele demands.It was a quick and simple process, and I will probably go back to Visionworks again next year!

Went to Visionworks for eye exam. Wanted new lens in my current frames. In 2 weeks, was notified that lens were in. Came to store, said it would take an hour to install new lens. In about 40 minutes, was called to say technician broke one of the lens and it would take another 2 weeks for a new lens to come in. 2.5 weeks later, im notified its in. Came into store, said it would be an hour. Came back in an hour to be told the technician had chipped the lens again!!. Totally unacceptable!! I requested my money back, which they did do with no qualms. Now, as I am writing this in the store waiting, they are having problems putting my old lens back in my frames!! Now, I have to start the process all over again. I've used Vision Works for years, but they quality of service has steadily declined. Im sorely disappointed!

Consistently providing high quality vision care and lenses. I cannot say enough about the attention to detail and accuracy. My Astigmatism is severe, but Dr. Snead and Dr. Love are thorough to perfection. You will not find this level of quality care elsewhere! Client since 2009.

I took my prescription from another eye doctor. I was able to pick from a variety of frames, was able to choose between the different enhancement options, which were explained in detail. The warranty option was explained well with no pressure to purchase. Everyone was very friendly and kind! Will transfer all of my eye care to Vision Works for any future needs!

Doctor was amazing. He was getting people into his office in the best time he could. Wait was only 1 hour. Only complaint was having to yell my personal information at counter where everyone could hear. Address and last 4 of social etc. . Also the whole office smelled of cigarettes so bad my eyes were burning.
