The first person you see in a business should be professional & nice mannered. The gentleman working the desk treated me very unprofessional, almost rude. As I watched him do to the next 2 guests. He pretty much told us he was stressed and having a bad day and he & the doc were very busy & to have a seat. Yes, with those exact words. I was there 1st, however the other 2 people were quickly seen, as I still sat there. I wasn't given a reason why I was still waiting, so I walked out. The eye doctor was a very nice, professional gentleman . He did a very thorough job. I would have returned again. I was back to buy eye contacts, which I ended up buying offline because of the very rude, unprofessional guy at the desk.

They got me in quickly when I'd never been seen there before and I had an awful eye infection. The eye doctor saved me!! He was quick and attentive and found a solution with ease. Some reviews complained because he was too fast, but to me, he is just good at his job. He obviously knew what my issue was and got it resolved as quick as he could so that I was in pain for as little time as possible. Great doc!

This is the worst place, I've called 3 times leaving messages and never a return call. The Doctor is always booked 3 weeks out and when I go in there is never any patience but they can't see me with out an appointment. They blame it on there being no Doctor at the Richmond road location.. And that the Doctor own the place and they set their own hours
