This has been, without question, the worst optometry experience I've had in over 50 years of eye exams and prescription eyewear. When I initially visited this location, it was under different ownership and operated much more smoothly. Since the change, communication--especially at the front desk--has significantly declined.
I called 10 minutes before noon on a Friday, was placed on hold, and then they closed without ever returning to the call.
The eye exam felt rushed and either the prescription was incorrect or the glasses were not made properly. I've tried multiple times to schedule a follow-up to resolve the issue, but my voicemails have gone unanswered.
I do not recommend this location. If the issue is not resolved this week, I'll consider it a lesson learned and will take my business to another optometrist.

I have gone here for years, the Drs & staff are always unfailingly polite & helpful. They are professional, friendly, & go above & beyond to answer questions & find out information, even if it is not at their fingertips.
I have never, ever, had a bad experience there, the staff & beautiful frames keep me coming back. One thing I really do appreciate is that if I try something on & it doesn't suit, they will be honest. That is getting harder & harder to find, it's a valuable commodity & very much appreciated.
I always recommend them to anyone that is looking for good quality care.

This is the best eyecare office in London, KY...... They really go the extra mile in order to supply you with an extra level of customer service that I guarantee you will not find anywhere else. Each member of the staff is friendly, knowledgable, and very courteous. This buisness reminds me of the establishments that I used to frequent with my parents when I was a child... where they knew you by name and they always took the time to add that personal touch to make the experience better and make you want to return..... Go see them you will not be disappointed.

Due to the new restrictions and doctor changes this placed has gone to trash. They continue to change appointment several times and want you to send your child, yes child in alone to see and speak to doctor about their eyes. The secretary is very ignorant over the phone and has screwed up simple orders.
